“The heat/air was noisy so we turned to OFF position, but there was a steady loud humming that made it very difficult to sleep. We mentioned this to front desk and they said it was the humidifier that had to turn off from front desk. It solved the problem but would have nice to know before loosing sleep the night before. “The breakfast was delicious (and can be made vegan-friendly. Ask for milk alternatives). Breakfast manager Zdenka made a big difference with her excellent service. ”

“The receptionist lady was unwelcoming, rude, easily irritated. When asked quest responded with impatient/harsh tone of voice. Room was clean, parking feels safe with the security guard in place. There was no breakfast place in the hotel. If there was, the lady on the desk didn't say.”

“This hotel wasn’t too bad. It was clean inside and during our stay it was cleaned very well each day so kudos to whoever does the housekeeping there. Someone had smoked in our room previously so that was pretty unfortunate but that’s not the hotels fault. I found the communication between the staff to be fairly lacking - we got a 11 pm text about our work trailer blocking too many spots in an empty parking lot and a complaint about not having our dog on file even though I claimed him both on...

“It was very cold in the room. I could not turn the heat up. The heater stayed on all night but didn't warm the room, and it was very loud.”

“Breakfast was great, the site says they offer a continental breakfast but it was much more. They offered, eggs, waffles and breakfast potatoes along with the standard oatmeal, yogurt and bagels. The front staff was helpful when we asked for suggestions on transportation options. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. Everything was clean and we had a great stay.”

“No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.”
