“Breakfast was efficient with friendly staff to help. For fresh fruit there were bananas and individually wrapped apples, choice of two or three cereals, made-to-order waffles, eggs, spinach and bacon egg-bake, and pastries, coffee and a couple varieties of tea. The breakfast room was a pleasant space--clean, bright and modern.”

“This hotel did not feel like a typical Westin experience. The pool was small and very basic, lacking the upscale atmosphere you would expect. The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming, it felt more like a standard Holiday Inn offering rather than something premium. Another major downside was the absence of a spa. “Room was absolutely disgusting. Furniture was torn up. Bed had hair and stuff all over when i pulled back the sheets, pillows smelled like sweat and stained. To top it all off a syringe fell off top cabinet on to me, luckily not sticking me. Never stay there again ”

When we got to the room, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly—there was hair in the bathroom and even a ring left behind from a previous guest, which was concerning. “Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“This property was in a great location for us and that was it! We walked in the room and it smelled like dog! We brought air freshener thank God! The rest was horrible! The bathroom was so dirty that we didn't shower! Bathroom sink was dirty and hadn't been scrubbed for a while,the tub had thick mildew around handrail and soap scum everywhere! The clock and charging stand and the phones were covered in dust! One more thing the fire alarm was hanging from the wall! I'm 68 years old and climbing on...
