Venite a fare grandi ricordi di famiglia in questa splendida proprietà sul lago per tutti gli sport sul Lago Jordan, un lago di 430 acri situato nel Lago di Odessa, MI. Situato a soli 40 minuti a sud-est di Grand Rapids, la casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni, sala da pranzo formale e si trova su una tranquilla strada senza uscita. Con le portefinestre dal soggiorno che si aprono sul lago, ti senti come se fossi fuori anche quando non lo sei. L'acqua è a soli 30 piedi da casa e in genere ha una piacevole brezza tutto l'anno.

2008 Pontoon boat (adatto a 10 persone) disponibile per il noleggio - $ 1.000 / settimana.

Il lago ha un fondo sabbioso ed è poco profondo (in genere 1-3 piedi di profondità) a riva fino a circa 50 piedi fuori dove scende a profondità maggiori, perfetto per i bambini più piccoli e gli adulti che vogliono galleggiare e divertirsi. Il lago è ottimo anche per la pesca e la nautica.

La sistemazione per la notte è la seguente:
Camera da letto al piano principale con bagno privato completo ha un letto matrimoniale.

Al piano superiore camera matrimoniale con porta scorrevole a balcone con vista lago.

Al piano superiore ci sono altre due camere da letto.

Ampia sala da pranzo formale.

Jordan Lake offre un varo pubblico, il ristorante Buddy sull'acqua, una spiaggia pubblica con pallavolo e parco giochi.

Ci sono anche molte attività nella zona locale. La casa si trova a soli 30 minuti da Ionia County Park che offre 149 campeggi (100 moderni e 49 rustici), 4.500 acri che offrono una spiaggia balneare, una buona pesca nel lago Sessions, una torre galleggiante per arrampicata sul lago, un campeggio, una caccia, 3. 5 miglia di sentieri escursionistici circolano all'interno del parco, nove miglia designate per percorsi per mountain bike, 15 miglia di percorsi per cavalli e un varo. Ci sono anche tre percorsi tracciati per lo sci di fondo e motoslitta quando c'è quattro pollici o più di neve.

Ci sono diverse fiere e festival nelle città circostanti e il Lago Odessa è noto per i loro negozi di antiquariato in centro. Better than expected

This lake house is a hidden gem. Perfectly located between Grand Rapids and East Lansing easy access to main roads. The property is very clean, nicely maintained and decorated.We had a family reunion there, where everyone enjoyed their time, kayaking, barbecuing, having s’mores by the fire overlooking the beautiful sunset by the lake… great pictures, amazing memories!!!Richard and Daelte

Wonderful time

Our family had a nice relaxed time and even with lake frozen over the views were wonderful. We even got to see some ice fishers. We are considering coming back in the summer!!!

Great spot!

Being on the water on a nice quiet street in this lovely home was a terrific get away! Ann and Andy were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We loved sitting outside for meals and found the kitchen well equipped and the house warm and inviting.

Great Lakehouse find!

We frequent the lake every year, visiting friends and family. This year, now with three kids, we needed to find our own spacious house on the lake. What a perfect find. We had three adults and three children under six and the accommodations were perfect for our arrangement. The home was inviting and very clean. The water level along the dock was perfect for waiting, swimming, and fishing with small children. All of the neighbors are so friendly! Ann and Andy were always quick to respond and willing to help in any situation. We had such a wonderful stay and created amazing memories with our children. Will be staying again!

Family Get Away

Great place for friends to gather

Six of us stayed and slept comfortably in the home. We were glad we included the pontoon in our stay as we used it to get close to the pair of eagles we spotted on the lake, as well as to get to Dairy Queen! I would recommend the place.

Fantastic

This lake house and property was clean, charming, spacious, comfortable and had all you needed. We just left after a three night stay with six adults and two children (one baby). We brought all of our baby gear and items to keep our other child entertained, but the hosts have lots of essentials if needed (pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, toys, games, art supplies, etc.). The beds were comfy, the air worked great (no air unit in the downstairs bedroom, but we used one of the many fans available to blow in the cool air from the dining room), the kitchen was equipped, the mud room was a great space with lots of storage, outside dining area was perfect as well as the back deck for taking in the view. My son and husband had the best time fishing off the dock and swimming in the shallow water. We didn’t take advantage of the boat, but looked like a lovely, quiet lake for a boat ride. Lake Odessa is a cute town as well. We went to the local ice cream shoppe and played at the super cool park. We would highly recommend this home/property/town and wouldn’t hesitate to return! Thank you!

Family Gathering

We had family flying in from NJ, TN and driving up from OH to attend our fathers/grandfathers funeral. It was a pleasant surprise to find a nice place in Lake Odessa that could accommodate our entire family so we could all be under one roof! (Another surprise: This house use to belong to my husbands Aunt and Uncle! Small world!)

Birthday weekend and Game Day

So it was my birthday weekend and also the Michigan State and Michigan game . The home was so amazing clean and such beautiful view quite and Peaceful . I wish we could have stayed longer and it was only about 45min from the campus and to make it even better Michigan State won the game go green . I will most definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be in peaceful quiet place with beautiful view. 😍😍😍

Peace and Tranquility

3 days on the lake from white caps to smooth as glass. Lots of time to contemplate, read, crosstitch and enjoy being alone. A highlight: the blue heron walked up the dock onto the grass and I took some pics.....lovely.
