“La struttura è carina, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, i dintorni della struttura ben forniti. Siamo arrivati però alle 6 del pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta. A colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi perché non c’erano posti ”

“The hotel is two minutes from Hwy11 and one minute from major stores. The downtown of Bracebridge is a short ride down the road. Tru hotel is a beautiful new modern hotel with all the amenities such as a pool, gym, conference room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and kept very clean. Best hotel we've stayed in for a long time.”

“Perfect”

“staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. ”
