“This property is really a hidden gem of a hotel. The rates are very reasonable and the area around the hotel is beautiful. The property even has a natural waterfall and a fern grotto which is extraordinary. The rooms are older but very clean and well maintained. Also the beds are very comfortable. The room also has a small refrigerator and microwave. All in all this is a place you should really consider. I know i would definitely come back. ”

“Had a really lovely 4 nights at the inn. Owned by a really lovely and friendly couple. Room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. Plenty of bedding and towels. You get to use a lot of the property as well as the room. There is a front porch, a back room with amenities for tea/coffee, fridge, ice, microwave etc. You can sit inside there or down the stairs where there is another fridge. “I stayed in Daphne, a cute single room. Perfect for just me and one night. Very clean, plenty spacious. My only complaint was that it was very bright in the room all-night due to lights outside & curtains that werent black out. ”

“It’s great when you can support an independent motel instead of the big chains. We enjoyed a clean comfortable shower and sleep in a comfortable very well kept little motel. The a/c was wonderful, cool, with a steady sound that never awakened me the way the ones at too many other hotels have on our cross country trip. ”

“My fiancé and I took a last minute trip and this place was perfect. Freshly renovated, we booked the room with an open ceiling. I could tell it was newly remodeled just by looking and smelling. The nice young woman who I believe is the owner was very gracious and accommodating. It’s walking distance to old downtown which has plenty of restaurants. The parking lot can be a little tricky due to the design and space. I highly recommend this quaint inn and hope to make a return visit. ”
