“The checking was easy. I had prepaid for the stay. Miki was very helpful with my special needs accommodations. 1st floor, service animal. She was very nice and i enjoyed speaking with her. For me, simple is perfect. I needed very little. My room was efficient and was all i needed. The room was clean and bright. Nice bathroom and shower. Good water pressure and plenty of Hot water. My queen bed was comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were clean and fresh. There was enough for space...

“I really loved the property. I loved the balcony off our room with beautiful views. The room was very nice and the bed comfy . It was good location for us. Only thing that would have made it perfect was a pool that was warm enough to swim in. It was freezing! So I could not use. But the hot tub was lovely ”

“Our stay was wonderful. The National Exchange Hotel is an historical treasure; it is updated without compromising its historical ambiance. Our room was clean, mattress was firm, water pressure was good, decor was a mix of antique and new. The garden-like back courtyard area is a wonderful place to enjoy morning muffins and coffee. We will stay there again. ”
