“Absolutely unacceptable. I checked in with my wife and our 5-year-old child and was shocked by the condition of the room. The bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of moisture, there were blue mold-like stains on the walls, the towel had yellow stains, and we even found small bugs on the pillows. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern, especially for families with young children. No guest should ever be given a room in this condition. “They are working on remodeling. Staff are responsive to needs in the interim and very kind, but it's a bit like staying at a half-packed house mid-move. We stayed in one of their finished rooms post-remodel, and the room was great!”

“Pet friendly but our room smelled like wet dog. Bathroom not that clean. For three hours kids jumped off of beds and ran around screaming above us in the middle of the night. I asked the woman at the desk to ask them to quiet down after about an hour. She told me I had to call and ask them from my room, gave me their room number, or told me I had to go up and nicely knock on the door and ask them myself.
