“The breakfast was a joke. The reason we booked was because of the made to order breakfast that was advertised. It was non-existent. The eggs were made in a bag, the sausage was like rubber and not the color sausage should be. Very displeased with breakfast it was worse than McDonald’s.
We couldn’t get clean towels for 2 days before we went to front desk and had to ask for them.”

“In-house breakfast isn’t very elaborate; no protein options like eggs, sausage, etc. at all. I had to go out for breakfast every day. There are plenty of shops nearby.
I had to reprogram my keycard like 5 times because it got demagnetized (from being near or in my phone wallet, AirPods, even my actual wallet), so make sure to keep it away from all electronics; they’re really sensitive I guess.
Staff was very helpful and kind.”

“The room didn’t feel clean, there was a dark stain on the side of the mattress, a wet spot on the floor, nothing was plugged in, including the fridge. The ice machine was “down for maintenance” and someone told us it had been for days. The front desk person was nice and check-in was easy.”
