It was fairly clean, the oven was a mess hadn't been cleaned in quite sometime. The refrigerator would not stay cold, everything was like warm. We had an invasion of spiders and webs all over the interior of condo, as well as the deck. It took most of first day trying to get rid of the spiders but kept finding them crawling on ceiling, and intraces to the door frames and the front door. We tried to get another room but they said they were all booked understandable. But made for an uncomfortable stay with 3 adults and 2 children. We settled but I am sorry but I could not recommend this condo #205 probably won't be back. Location was great, close to strip, As far as comfort, couldn't sleep both nights we were there . The hot tub was nice
