Ottima vista sul lago !! Venite a soggiornare presso il nostro appartamento 2 camere da letto / bagno recentemente ristrutturato, situato in un lotto di 5 acri perfettamente isolato in città! Così privato! Solo 4 unità in questo edificio. A soli 2 isolati dalla storica diga di Bagnell, dove troverete ristoranti, bar, negozi e altre attrazioni turistiche come il parapendio, il noleggio di jet ski, giri in elicottero e sale giochi.

Il condominio è decorato con decorazioni costiere / nautiche.

Il condominio è composto da un letto matrimoniale nel master, e un letto matrimoniale con un doppio rotelle nella seconda stanza. Occupazione massima 4 Cucina completamente attrezzata, tv in soggiorno e camere da letto, aria condizionata centralizzata e wifi.

2 aree di coperta. Il ponte posteriore offre una splendida vista di Jennings Branch Cove e dei porti turistici e nella parte anteriore è possibile grigliare e guardare il cervo.

Condominio è a soli 2 passi dal parcheggio. C'è un ampio parcheggio per auto e roulotte. Chiedi la disponibilità della ricevuta della barca.

Wonderful place

The hosts are great people. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The place had a wonderful balcony. The condo was very relaxing and we even saw deer in the evening. We will definitely stay here on future visits to the Lake.

As always, a wonderful stay

This condo/apartment is so clean and well-appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lovely, functional kitchen, and nicely sized bathroom. The balcony overlooking the water is of course the best feature. Parking is on level ground with a couple or three steps - not a big deal. We loved it! Thanks Pam & Dave!

Wonderful Place!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The location is so peaceful and private but you are only a few blocks from anything you would need. The house is very stylish, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the water below and deer wondering around the grounds. The owners are very helpful and accommodating.

Nice Cabin/Condo

The cabin/condo was extremely clean and well decorated. It is a very spacious, especially for a couple. The owners provided bottled water and fruit snacks along with a magazine will all of the local events and locations. I will stay there again. Would recommend to anyone.

Incredible weekend at the Lake

Dave and Pam’s property was an exceptional experience and stay. Their place was clean, quiet and in the perfect location. We were a short walk from the dam and strip of restaurants with an amazing view of the lake. The condo was spotless and had everything you could need to prepare your own food and drinks if you want to save some money. We will certainly be back and staying with them in the future.

Perfect!

I don't want to set the expectation too high, but I LOVED everything about this place. The hosts were absolutely wonderful to rent from, the home - yes home, is decorated just enough to make it feel cozy and homey, was clean and stocked perfectly for 2 friends to cook in 2 of our 3 night stay, and the location is deceiving because you are right in town, but yet on either porch it feels like you are far removed from it. I would definitely rent from Pam and Dave again!

Beautiful property! House is cozy and decorated beautifully. Easy access to a marina to put the boat in and nice FLAT parking to store the truck and trailer. Our new go to spot for weekend trips.

Better than best

Great Property, Great Location

My fiancé and I booked a weekend getaway here, and we were not disappointed. The place was very clean and was an easy check in/out process. Pam was extremely friendly and helpful, and anything you possibly could have left at home she’s sure to have at the house (shampoo, dishes, batteries, etc.) We also seen deer every day outside our rental, which I absolutely enjoyed. I’d definitely book again for any future trips to the Ozarks.

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet

Myself, my girlfriend, and a good friend ours had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean and the ac was turned on for us when we arrived. Wonderful view of the lake from the porch. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about the stay, including being so close to bagnell dam.

This charming home was perfect in every way for me and my daughter. I must point out upon our arrival Mr. Dave and Ms. Pam provided exceptional level of service. Everything was perfect upon arrival. Professionally managed every step of the way. They provide top-notch service with excellent communication. This home was in the perfect location for our needs and where we were intending to go each day. The place is really nice just as described with a beautiful view. The property we stayed at was very clean. The kitchen had all appliances and utensils imaginable, and the bathrooms had shampoo and body wash. Had a wonderful time and exceeded all our expectations! We will be coming back soon.
