Great location and nice dock.

We had an amazing time with 8 of us. The pictures accurately represented all the rooms and space in the house. It was definitely meant for 8 people as listed, it was pretty tight sleeping arrangements and everyone sharing a bed. But it was a really nice home and we had so much fun swimming off the dock. Be prepared for the walk back up the hill! Great location and easy to get to the strip and other pools and bars. We had fun!

Nice little house

The property was up to date and clean. I must have misread when we booked this home. We all thought it was waterfront when in fact it’s not. The swimming dock is close by but the steep hill caused difficulties walking to and from with one having an injured knee and another with a fractured foot. The kitchen was equipped with the necessities. Showers are not meant for anyone over 5’7. Washer and dryer are provided but I believe the dryer is not working correctly as it took almost 2 hours to dry clothes. Overall experience was good, just a few “would have been nice to know”.

Perfect Girls Weekend!

We had a girls weekend and wanted a perfect spot to sip cocktails and float in the lake! The lake cove is very calm and far enough away from main channel to not get the huge wake waves from the big boats. The bunk beds were perfect size to fit a grown adult and all the beds were super comfy. The driveway was a bit tricky to get into but does fit 2 cars easily.

Great stay at the lake!

Our trip to Lake Ozark didn’t disappoint! The house is clean and as it appears in the pictures. We really enjoyed swimming and paddle boarding on the lake. Communication with the hosts was quick and all questions answered in a timely manner. The only heads up I would give is that there is a very steep hill from the house to the dock. It wasn’t a huge issue for my family, but could be for some. I would highly recommend renting The Colorado Lake House!

Amazing Location!!!!!

Right in the middle of Osage Beach and close to everything your going to need, yet still far away to not be distracted by city noise! First time renter so little things here and there while they get the kinks out! Bring a grill, no fire pit, very steep hill to the lake/dock. Host was very easy and quick to communicate with. Only thing I could complain about is the next door neighbor right outside the front door is remodeling or trashing out their house so it was a huge trash mess to look at.

Very cute home!

The kids really enjoyed swimming and fishing. The home was very clean and a cute set up. Would recommend minimal vehicles for the parking situation. Still a great home! Would definitely recomend!! Thank you!!
