“Nice hotel”

“Staff were lovely, hotel looked fantastic inside, room was big, modern and fresh. Great location right next to Brown wood Square in the Villages”

“The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.”

“We were very happy with our stay. Everything is new and clean! We loved the breakfast, it was delicious and good variety of egg dishes. The amenities of shampoo and conditioner are very luxurious. We would totally go back there again.”

“The room smelled awful. At first I thought it was smoke. But then realized it was mildew and mold. The windows were covered in some kind of something that you couldn’t even see out of them. The carpet was dirty. The bed was comfy but considering the rest of the room I was really concerned about how clean it was. I definitely would NEVER stay here again.”

“The property was clean but in poor condition. A lot of things were broken. A warning...the kichen is upstairs by way of a narrow winding staircase. The view was pretty and the area was very quiet. ”
