L'appartamento si trova in un edificio recentemente ristrutturato con più unità da 1, 2 e 3 camere da letto. L'edificio si trova nel centro di Lake Placid, a un isolato da Main Street ea pochi minuti a piedi dalla Sports Arena e dalla spiaggia pubblica sul Mirror Lake. Appartamento dotato di cucina completamente attrezzata e nuovi elettrodomestici: piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè e tutti gli utensili da cucina, pentole e padelle. Il soggiorno è dotato di camino a parete, TV, DVD, impianto stereo e Internet via cavo / wireless. Il parcheggio fuori strada è incluso con l'unità. In estate l'appartamento dispone di condizionatori d'aria a parete / finestra. L'appartamento condivide la lavanderia comune con altre otto unità (lavatrice e asciugatrice al livello principale / strada).

La migliore posizione nel villaggio per Ironman. Guarda la gara comodamente dal tuo appartamento. Cammina per 5 minuti fino al traguardo Ironman.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Several quick notes, however. When we arrived the key-lock was unlocked and the keys were in it. Not sure if that's your usual practice. The location, convenience, and ease of booking were certainly highlights. My only tiny comment was that while we were there, one family also arrived and took claimed all of the visitor parking and poached several other spaces.

Unit 7 was a perfect stay for weekend in Lake Placid for my college friend's bachelor party. My only critiques was the loft bed wasn't shown in the photos and I wasn't confident we had enough beds until we arrived. There was a nice loft with another full/queen bed (not sure because I didn't go up there. Parking was my only critque as there is only one spot for everyone on the property but we were able to find free parking nearby for other cars. The fire pit was nice and the outdoor seating was nice.

Great, updated condo. Outside of building leaves much to be desired, but the updates and amenities were en point. Don’t be deterred. Warm, welcoming and perfect for our ski weekend.

This condo was perfect for myself, my husband and our 3 year old son. The location was also perfect! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again when we visit Lake Placid!

The apartment was clean and nicely updated. The loft was a nice bonus space. There’s a great restaurant less than a block away! Very accommodating and perfect for our family gathering. We used the porch chairs a bunch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is hard finding a place for a family of 6, but this spot was perfect. The kids loved the loft (which has a queen-sized mattress) and we loved the walkable access to pretty much anywhere! The owner was super accommodating to our changing schedules and allowed us to ad an extra night. We will most definitely be back!

There are no photos of the apartment from the exterior. I should have taken that as a warning. It is located on a busy corner, in a parking lot and next to a auto repair shop. hardly an Adirondack escape.

We came up for a friends weekend and the condo was perfect for our needs. Location was perfect as it was So close to the center of town! The unit was clean and met out needs; comfortable and convenient.

The apartment was nice and fit our needs well for a few days in Lake Placid. Located close to town so easy to walk or ride a bike right from there.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was not very clean. Tons of spider webs and spiders on ceiling. The kitchen walls were stained and dirty. The stove was disgusting and when we tried to turn it on the knobs were not labeled. We had to guess which knob started which burner and had no clue how to operate the oven as the knobs were not labeled either. When we finally figured it out the entire oven filled with smoke because it was so disgusting and there was. A Th ick later of grease on the bottom. Also we opened the dishwasher after a day and found smelly disgusting old dishes in there. Porch/deck was decent but furniture was stained and disgusting as well.
