Perché pagare $ 75 a $ 125 al giorno per una camera d'albergo quando puoi affittare questa molto bella (non fumatori) 3bedroom, 2bath, casa con riscaldamento / aria centrale, ben arredata, cucina attrezzata, veranda chiusa con aria condizionata, garage chiuso con telecomando , ampio cortile con alberi da frutto. Internet, SMART TV e TV via cavo inclusi. Giusto per una famiglia speciale o per quella battuta di pesca. Il prezzo è giusto per il budget attento che ama il fascino rustico di una comunità rurale. Svoltare direttamente su Anderson Street dalla US Hwy 27 S al Veterans Memorial, terza casa a sinistra. Strada tranquilla, ampio cortile con due strade carrabili. Il parcheggio ausiliario ha un ampio spazio per parcheggiare camper, camion o barca. Porta i tuoi attrezzi da pesca e la barca. Il molo e il molo delle barche di Lake Huntley Fishing si trova a 3 minuti in auto da Anderson Street a pochi passi da casa. Cortile ben curato. Sistema di sicurezza. Tutti gli utensili, biancheria da letto inclusa. Lavasciuga. Le pulizie sono disponibili su richiesta. Ottimo per lo sportivo e per coloro che amano un ambiente più rustico. NO ANIMALI PER FAVORE. Location

We stayed at the property to be close to family in Lk Placid. The location was perfect for us.The house was clean and the decor was inviting. I would recommend staying at this location.

Short Notice

We had a short notice event for family members and we were able to get in a little early to the property which was especially nice We really liked the house and convenient location to Highway 27 also The Host was very nice and accommodating too

Post Christmas Family Visit

The property was very clean and easily accessible. The property manager was great and very responsive! I would suggest bringing ear plugs if you sleep in the master bedroom because it is located in a more rural area and the neighbors have roosters. It is not far off of the main road and Lake Placid is only a few minutes down the road!

Comfortable and cost effektive option

Overall a very nice clean place. Erika went out of her way to accommodate us. Any problems were cleared ASAP and without hesitation. I came in from overseas and got lost in Lake Placid (Placid Lake?😳) and she actually helped me get to the right area. Thanks again, Great tim3.

Nice home, some loud neighbors

The home was great and everything worked well. As others have mentioned the roosters in the neighborhood made morning come early, but otherwise a great stay. Lake Placid downtown was really nice and they had a nice Christmas Parade downtown that we went and enjoyed. Being a northerner it was nice to be warm watching a Christmas parade. Winn Dixie is really close and there is a Publix close by as well if you need anything.

Love, love, love the service from our property manager and the owner.

After traveling 3 days at 11 to 12 hours a day, it was so nice to meet our property manager with a lovely smile. The place was so clean and smelled so fresh. Everything in this location is TOP notch. The size, of every room and closets, the huge kitchen with everything you need to cook fantastic meals, the garage to keep our vehicle away from the HOT sun and the size of the property to accommodate our bass boat. Communicated and enjoyed dinner with the owner and the property manager and there spouses and what lovely evenings. No matter what needed to be done, it was done quickly and efficiently but best of all with a smile. I will recommend this location and the other location Bahama Blue Cottage to all of our friends and family. We will return again in the future for sure. This was a 5 star quality for services and cleanleness.

Good Place but noisy

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The place was mostly clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room and the home was well stocked with everything you need. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The big drawback was the neighborhood. The neighbors were very noisy. There was loud music playing most nights. Loud enough that the sunroom on the back of the house vibrated from the bass. One night the music was going well past midnight. Then in the morning the roosters start crowing. One morning they started as early as 4:30 AM. There are fans in all of the rooms. Turning on the fans helped to drown out the noise. We also found a handful of cockroaches when we first arrived. Most were dead but we did find a few live ones. Thankfully once we got rid of them the first day we did not see anymore the rest of the time.

Incredible House

Our friends were so delighted in staying this incredible house. Very clean and so comfortable. The rooms look like the ones we find in a 5-star hotel. The set up of the house was so smooth and flows from one area to the other. We loved our get together here. Quiet little town getaway

I was traveling for work and found Evie's house for rent. It's in a perfect location just 2 minutes outside of town right off the main road 27. She was very quick to respond to any questions and the house was very clean and some essential items were there just in case you forget something like water,laundry and dish detergent. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. 🙂 We had a pleasant stay
