“Worst ever stay at a Marriott property. Lobby had a ceiling leak. Virtually no food amenities in the lobby, snack area closed more than open. Convenience food sold out. Hot water in the room was slow. Shower curtain too short, leaked on floor. Hot tub out of order. Exterior paint peeling. Price $1200+ for 3 days.”

“Shower was slippery, hard for elderly to manage. Do not like lack of personal attention from any desk staff, prefer dealing with real people, not via text in uncertain WiFi territory. Did not like new way of accessing the room…
Otherwise, nice stay, in a lovely location
PS visiting step daughter of manager, not on staff, was very helpful. We never saw the manager!”
