Newly Built Lake Front Home

  • Enjoy a peaceful stay in this newly built rustically furnished home, perfect for year round outdoor family adventures. Surrounded by amazing lakefront views on a private point, you'll have access to all of the kayaking, swimming, hiking, snowmobiling, and skiing that the northeast has to offer. Enjoy your own private sandy beach in the summer and quickly access the vast snowmobile trail system in the winter. Minutes away from local dining, breweries, and shopping, your family memories will start here! There is a garage on site with a loft apartment over it. This is used by us and our immediate family only. There are also security cameras on the exterior of the house so we can monitor the Dock and septic control panel.

Beautiful home, we loved the lake and the sunsets. The paddle board was a bonus, now we have to get a few for the family. The home was spacious and relaxing, we really enjoyed the kitchen table to have dinner and games with the family. I know everyone had a special moment and will cherish the memories. Thank you

Family Getaway

Luck wasn’t on our side when it came to the weather, but the house was a very nice place to be stuck inside. Beautiful views and very comfortable. The open concept in the main living area made it easy to spread out yet feel all together.

Property was excellent, right off the water. We went ice fishing everyday and although no fish the house was warm, clean, and in great condition.

Amazing location, gorgeous view of the sunset, beautiful beach, new, modern, comfortable home.

The house is as great as it looks, with even more room than the pictures show. The land is far more expensive the photos show. We felt as though we hadS private slice of paradise just for us. The owners and property managers were very responsive snd helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

Our Rainy Weekend Getaway

With rain and wind in the forecast, our original plans to hike and drive old logging roads were sadly scrapped. This house provided easy alternatives to stay busy! We fished the lake and stream constantly. The sunsets were amazing and the views from every window are unforgettable. I cannot wait to book our next trip!

Family Visit

The view from this house was better than the pictures. It was spectacular! Waking up in the morning and having coffee looking out at the lake with the mountains behind it was so beautiful. You get this view from both floors. Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend but the house was worth the stay. It was just a few minutes away from a quaint town. One bedroom was located downstairs so it was very easy for my parents to stay in this house. The owners also provided fun things like kayaks and a paddle boat that we unfortunately did not get to use thanks to the rain. We did try but that lasted about 30 minutes. The house did not disappoint. I would recommend longer than a weekend unfortunately we had to get back to work.

Amazing house and beautiful views!

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. The house is newly built and perfectly outfitted. The open kitchen and dining area were great for meals and well equipped for cooking. The living rooms (there's 1 downstairs and 1 attached to master bedroom) have these amazing reclining sofas which my family loved. They were great places for hanging out, playing games, watching TV or just enjoying the views of the lake. The beds and linens were really comfortable and luxurious. Our kids loved the bunkbed room and the washer/dryer is attached to that room. The bedroom downstairs has its own bathroom and there is another bathroom upstairs shared for the 2 bedrooms. The owners were really communicative and responsive at booking and all throughout the process. The house is at the end of the street and a river runs along the side and is connected to the lake. It's a few minutes from the town of Speculator and Oak Mountain where we went skiing/tubing. We saw people sledding in the park near the house as well. We got groceries at Charlie Johns and picked up lunch from the Mountain Market one day. Great stay and we would go again, the area seems like it would be great in the summer!
