“We had a great time at TownePlace. This is a wonderful place for families- nearby restaurants and stores are perfect for whatever you need. The rooms are very nice and clean. The kitchens were well equipped, breakfast was so good (thank you to the breakfast team and staff for being so patient and accommodating)!”

“This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Our stay at Holiday Inn Roseville was incredibly disappointing and honestly disturbing. We stayed for 9 days, and housekeeping barely happened. Our room went 3 straight days without being cleaned. Trash piled up, towels weren’t consistently refreshed, and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were often not replenished. For the price and the length of our stay, that level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. The most upsetting part...

“The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. ”

“The room was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels, toiletries, and pillows. The location in Walkerville was really a bonus, as it is in walking distance to shopping, bars, and restaurants. When we're in the area again, we'll stay there again, if they have any vacancies, ”
