“There were no towel rods in the bathroom. Mildew on the tile grout. Still food in the fridge from previous guest. Also, an insane amount of light comes under the door from the hallway at night. Had to use towels and extra pillows to shut it out so we could sleep.”

“A few pros and several cons with this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. However, we couldn't get through to the hotel for the shuttle and had to use Uber from the airport. Breakfast was an additional $16/person. Biggest issue was the cleanliness. We discovered ants in our room in the morning, for which the hotel offered a 15% refund. Overall we're probably not staying here again.”

“The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful.
If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.”
