Bellissimo chalet a sud Lake Tahoe con vista sul prato

Meadow View è una casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni recentemente rinnovata e ben arredata e comprende un ampio soppalco accogliente e un garage per 2 auto su un terreno pianeggiante. La proprietà può ospitare comodamente 8 con vista ininterrotta sul bellissimo prato o foresta da quasi tutte le finestre. Circondata da terreni forestali su entrambi i lati, questa casa è una vacanza tranquilla, perfetta per famiglie e amici.

Al piano inferiore c'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovissimi elettrodomestici da cucina in acciaio inossidabile, che si apre sulla sala da pranzo con 8 posti a sedere e la zona giorno che vanta una nuova stufa a gas, TV a schermo piatto, soffitti a volta e vista mozzafiato su un ampio prato aperto . Ci sono 2 camere da letto, un bagno completamente rinnovato e lavanderia anche al primo piano. La casa ha un nuovo scaldabagno senza serbatoio per l'acqua calda senza fine dopo aver giocato sulla neve.

Al piano superiore soffitti con travi a vista, una grande camera da letto con balcone, bagno e zona soppalco con vista mozzafiato sul prato, comodi posti a sedere, TV a schermo piatto e area giochi con ampio spazio per rilassarsi o giocare.

L'area del ponte posteriore si apre su ettari e ettari di prato con chilometri di sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta. Durante i mesi estivi godetevi l'utilizzo della nuovissima griglia a gas Weber. Situato fuori Pioneer Trail, questa casa è a breve distanza da tutto. In inverno troverete sci di classe mondiale a 10 minuti dalla stazione sciistica Heavenly. Nei mesi più caldi, goditi alcune delle migliori spiagge di Tahoe a breve distanza in auto, inclusa la nostra spiaggia preferita di Kiva. Una spiaggia per cani con parcheggio gratuito e vista mozzafiato sul Monte Tallac. Oppure vai al Beacon Bar and Grill per la musica dal vivo sul lago e il loro famoso "Rum Runner". Family Comfort

We enjoyed the location off of Pioneer Trail. It was a convenient distance to grocery market, Heavenly Village shops, hiking and beaches within 10-25 miniutes away. It felt like a comfortable cozy home away from home in the mountains. We had plenty of room for our family to connect with each other and retreat to rest for a nap. We were able to make family meals with ease, while doing a load of laundry as needed. We would definitely like to book this again. I would recommend this vacation rental to friends and family.

Tahoe wedding trip

Cabin was just as described. Cute a-frame on a beautiful meadow. The cabin is nicely decorated and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics needed to cook meals if you wanted too. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood it feels secluded but is just minutes away from the lake and shopping or dining. We were in Tahoe for a wedding and enjoyed our stay very much.

Best Place

We have stayed in many short term rentals and this has been the best place for us. Melinda was very responsive and her place had an open floor plan allowing our family of 6 adults and two dogs to gather comfortably with full view of the lush meadow in the back of the house. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family likes to cook and we love that the kitchen had everything we needed including sharp kitchen knives. The extra touches of having tissue boxes around the house and make up removers and mosquito repellent wipes in the bathrooms felt like we were staying at a nice hotel but with all the comforts of home. You can tell there was much thought given to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The house is also within short driving distance to hikes, a great dog beach, the marina for water activities and good eateries. We highly recommend this beautiful home and would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space when they needed some alone time. The kitchen had everything we needed. We arrived the day before the snowstorm. We walked the trails behind the property before the snow and ran into several locals who were very friendly. The streets were plowed everyday and the driveway was plowed once while we were there. The parking inside the garage was very useful during the storm to prevent our cars from being snowed over. The fireplace actually warmed the living room area very well and the heater throughout the house worked great. Melinda was quick to respond to all of our questions. I highly recommend staying here!

Our View of Meadowview

My brothers and I stayed at Meadowview. We enjoyed it very much. There's room to sleep 8 (4 couples), including the upstairs loft. The downstairs and kitchen are spacious. We used the kitchen everyday. The kitchen is well equipped. The place is close to Heavenly, Stateline and the west side of Tahoe are close by. Overall, we had a great view of Meadowview.

Excellent winter getaway

This was our second stay here and we would absolutely return again. It is a great house and we love the ability to go walking on the paths in the woods that are just down the street.

We had an excellent time. The location is incredible with amazing views and privacy. Tons of room for the kids to play. Kitchen is fully stocked making it easy to stay in and cook. We will definitely stay again

Felt like home only Better

Our family has visit Lake Tahoe for decades, we have camped, stayed in lodges, hotels. Last year we took our 86 year old mother to celebrate her birthday as Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf Lake are her favorite places. We needed a place comfortable for her that could accommodate 8 of us. This was PERFECT. This was a year later only this time we celebrated her memory, she walked into heaven this year. We all loved being in this beautiful serene home to laugh and cry and laugh some more. It was glorious to cook in this kitchen and just sit on the patio watching the meadow… morning coffee, evening glass of wine. Melinda is an incredible host so attentive and thought of everything in her home. This is a gem of a place perfectly located near heavenly village and easily everywhere we needed to be. Thank you Melinda, what a blessing.

Perfect Tahoe cabin for small group

Beautiful little cabin in south Tahoe, perfect for our small group’s weekend get away. 15-20min drive to the downtown area and beaches. Melinda the host was very lovely and easy to communicate with. Dog friendly. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We loved grilling and enjoying the summer breeze on the patio. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation house

Family friendly, very clean, great kitchen in an house that combines modern appliances and comforts with a rustic cozy feel. Kitchen was very well equipped and the AC was a blessing. Enjoyed being outside on the patio and feeling one with nature yet only 10 minutes away from the lake, grocery store and restaurants. One of my favorite VRBO stays yet.

A perfect stay!

We've rented a lot of homes over the years, and this was one of our favorites! Melinda's home is lovely -- it's hard to list all of the good things: the home is well laid out, the location was central to all of our activities, the beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked, it was extremely clean (especially considering it's pet-friendly), and the view of the meadow is gorgeous and so relaxing! Melinda was a great communicator -- she made sure we had all the information we needed for a wonderful stay, and responded immediately when I had a random question about trash day. Our friends were renting nearby and they were jealous of how beautiful this house is! Highly recommend!!
