“The room looked clean, but unfortunately it did not smell fresh. There was a noticeable odor, like dust and something stored away for a long time, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. With better ventilation or a deeper cleaning, the experience could have been much better.”

“Upon check-in we noticed the lobby had an odd smelly odor to it. The front desk lady was super nice but that’s where the staff friendliness ended. When we went to our room there was huge portable air conditioning unit on roller wheels with a giant tube stretched across the room and out the window, it looked like an exhaust vent. The smell of mold was very prominent and overbearing. My boyfriend has terrible asthma and he instantly became choked. We went to the front desk to request a refund...

“Cozy spot, as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and this was enough space for all of us. The single bed in the upstairs bedroom was very small, and the room with bunk beds is cave-like, but our kids enjoyed it. Hot tub and game room were all functioning and were easy to access. Close to Tahoe Vista and grocery stores and restaurants.”
