First of all don't get confused by negative reviews. I had my doubts after reading but had an great experience. Their manager name Harjeet was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. When we got there, he greeted us and gave us the room key. We went to room it was very nice and well maintained. But our Jet tub wasn't working, after notified they came right away to check and move us to upgraded room. We booked 2nd last from full luxury one, please when booking room look at pictures and read description otherwise easy to get confused. I thought they should have checked jet tub but then realized how much water is wasted and things do get broken. Main thing is how they deal with you after that and Harjeet did amazing. Not only he was very apologetic but also very humble and gave us the most luxury room the one with all wooden walls. Yes quality of room is ok according to reviews but our rooms were tip top. Heater work great, no smell but since made of wood it can't be super quiet. So far 4.5 starts for them and please try it yourself, you will not regret and also give them a chance if something happens. They have the best service. Beach is only 5 min drive with fence for private beach. You can go there for free if no one is on duty. Parking at hotel is limited basically the one near to rooms, first come first serve. Rest have to park in front of hotel which is 2 min walk. Hot water comes instantly and they have plenty of supplies. I would definitely go again and recommend everyon
