“I never do reviews but I have to say this hotel is one of my favorite for my family & I. We stayed only one night but it’d be great for longer stays. From great working air conditioning, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, welcoming staff , super quick and easy check in and lastly CLEAN. It was an amazing stay, 11AM check out was very convenient for us who made it in late enough time to rest , eat shower and repack. “The room was clean, however deep cleaning is needed for the furniture and carpet. We could tell our suite had accommodated pets at some point. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Overall, it was a good stay for the one night.”

“Almost all of the staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. No information was given at check-in as to the hotel amenities or how to access wifi. The hotel had coned off the handdicapped parking spots leaving those with a handicap unable to find a close spot. This was done presumably for access for the heavy equipment to do work on that side of the building. So why were we given a room on that side of the building that was going to be worked on. The construction/maintenance started...

“Was OK for an overnight stay to get off the highway after a long day not long-term chipped paint throughout the whole hotel, especially in the rooms like it definitely needs a major upgrade was very disappointed”

“The room smelt like mildew and wasn’t up to date on anything. Smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping was overall the worst Sleep Inn we have ever been in”

“The property was clean and the room was clean. There was some wear in the room on the furniture and cabinets, but it was clean. Staff was welcoming. The mini fridge in the room was covered in ice on the inside so it was hard to put our food. The breakfast was plentiful and they kept it refilled and clean. Overall a good night stay.”

The bathroom was filthy, the room smelled horrible, we drug our luggage up 2 stairways because there are no elevators, stained carpets, knobs missing off drawers, stains on the comforter, mirrors were dirty. In general, the place is nasty - don’t waste your money!! I got my money back and left as fast as I could!!”
