“It’s a safe spot. It’s directly across a college. And so it’s very safe. Staff is very friendly and professional. The location is nice. You have access to a lot of restaurants, Vietnamese, Greek, American and yeah Chick-fil-A. Lol.
The rooms are clean. And restaurants are literally within walking distance . And it’s on Colorado boulevard. A blvd known for amazing shops.
The manager has indeed done a good job in this hospitality venture. The rooms are clean.
Will definitely stay here again....

“Parking lot was very small and it was hard to get into any spot. Upon walking into our room, I noticed the bathroom floor was dirty and had hair from a precious guest. Floor wasn’t cleaned at all. It was pretty gross and I felt the rest of the room probably wasn’t very clean either. Ot was too late to ask for a room change at that point. Not what you want to see in a hotel. ”

“Clean room, clean shower!! Soft bed. Good air flow. It’s an old building with character. It was quiet and perfect for what we needed. If you have kids with you I would recommend a bigger place. The stairs were crazy steep/tall but also I kind of loved them. Nice neighborhood, quiet with lots of food options.
