“Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. ”

“This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. ”

“I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . ”

“Do not book this property, it was terrible, totally misrepresented "Large Condo Steps to Water, Brand New Everything" in the the header. "Steps to Water" is a good 3 blocks down the street, through the parking lot, then there is a sidewalk & concrete breakwater with nothing but rocks on the other side. No sand and no entry to the water. To even view the water you need to stand in the middle of the street & 3 blocks down the road you can see some water. The washer/dryer are outside & the washer...

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Boca Raton. Beautiful condo in perfect condition and very clean. The host is wonderful and communication was always prompt, friendly and helpful. Great location! Beach is directly across the street, really nice restaurants within a 5 minute drive, golf course beside the condo building. We will definitely book again and also recommend the property to our friends and family! Exactly as advertised … thanks for making our stay so memorable! ”
