Swans Nest West - Moderno e privato, piscina riscaldata, 3 Brm

Questa è una bella, casa contemporanea, con tutti i comfort moderni che ci si aspetta di avere in un hotel di lusso. Questa è una grande casa ranch con 2 appartamenti, Est e Ovest, separati da un box singolo. Questo è il lato occidentale e la più grande appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Coppie o famiglie benvenute. Il nostro patio coperto, con bei mobili e grill in acciaio, si affaccia sulla piscina riscaldata e sulla cascata. Patio coperto in entrambe le unità di fronte alla piscina. Nessuno usa la piscina allo stesso tempo e alcuni non usano affatto la piscina, quindi c'è molta privacy. Siamo in una posizione molto riservata e tranquilla con un parco come il cortile di fronte al Boynton Beach Golf Club e confina con Boynton Beach. patio privato di fronte alla piscina e cascata, con l'acciaio grill. Questa casa si dorme comodamente 6, materassi nuovo cuscino, 60 'a schermo piatto con audio surround, HD via cavo e wireless ad alta velocità. Tutti i mobili nuovi e completo di tutte le lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani. La posizione della struttura si trova vicino a ottimi ristoranti in ogni direzione, tra cui Target, Starbucks, Total Wine, Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, ristoranti italiani e pasta, ristoranti Steak, pub, cinema a soli 10 minuti in qualsiasi direzione. Palm Beach è a 20 minuti, il centro di Lakeworth a 15 minuti, Delray Beach a 20 minuti, Lakeworth a 15 minuti, Disney World a 2 ore e Wellington a 15 minuti. Siamo molto vicini a Wellington, dove il Polo Club è durante la stagione invernale e per tutti gli spettacoli equestri. Abbiamo anche spazio extra per i rimorchi per cavalli. Beautiful vacation

We came to Swans Nest to visit family in nearby Pine Ridge. The property is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured on VRBO. The host is more than accommodating and everything we needed was readily available. We felt like it was our own private oasis!

Tranquility and convenience

Perfect getaway. Private, quiet and convenient. All was as advertised and access was easy. Though glass was frosted, I would have preferred blinds on master bath window. Master bath shower was wonderful! Plan to stay again when visiting family in the area.

Fantastic VRBO!

My family had the most wonderful time staying at Swans Nest. The kitchen was fully stocked. The place was immaculately clean. Peter was extremely responsive. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is so quiet, peaceful and such a great place to relax. We highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you Peter for allowing our family to stay in your home. We can’t wait to come back!

In town for a wedding and the property was perfectly located from the venue. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need. The decor was very tasteful and nice. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place reasonably priced.

Relaxing

The property was exactly as stated. We traveled to Florida with our kids to spend the holidays with our oldest son. There was plenty of room for our other three kids. The pool was nice. The property was lovely and quiet. It was peaceful sitting outside in the morning and at night. The only surprising thing to us was that we had to supply our own garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Not a big deal, but just a heads up for anyone else. Grab these items when you make your first run to the grocery store. House was easy to find. It was in a secluded, quiet location. Would absolutely return. The owner was easy to get into contact with and responded quickly.

Nice Place Relaxing Respite

Off the beaten path, but still close to everything that Southern Florida has to offer. The property is quiet, clean and was a perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee by the pool or to unwind after a day out and about.

Beautiful private property!

The pictures didn't do justice to Peter's property. Everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. at this quiet and private home. Our kids loved the pool that felt ultra clean and safe. A wonderful family week at a wonderful property. Thanks again Peter.

Peter Angelo ensures our stay was easy. Peter checked in on us to make sure we have what we needed. The cost point was incredible and the location was centrally located to golf restaurants and shopping! Thank you Peter! We will be back!

Very nice property! We would def use again.

Quiet location. Modern and clean. Furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen was very modern and well stocked with utensils. Bathrooms were very modern and clean. Plenty of towels and bed linens. Pool and outside area was very nice. The only thing I would say was inconvenient about the house was there were no essential cleaning products. Dish towels, trash bags, surface and glass cleaners, dishwasher, and dish detergent. Other then that this property was great! I highly recommend.

Fabulous pool!

The house was perfect for us! We came down for fall break/ baseball tournament. The boys loved the heated pool. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walking/ running. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the pool was nice, first thing you see when you walk in. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a mile or two. Beaches with 15/20 min. It was very hard to leave, I wish we could have stayed another week! The yard was great for the boys to run around and the patio was perfect for relaxing. It was nice traveling with friends next door in the other half of the house. You have privacy if you want or you can hang out together and enjoy cocktails on the patio. We would love to come back to this place again.

My family and I definitely enjoy this property other than having a little issue with the internet but Peter Took care of that right away, this property has everything you need and when I say everything I literally mean EVERYTHING, the property is very clean neighborhood is really quiet and friendly, Peter is really easy to Rich. Perfect. Quiet and private. Beautiful. LOTS of outdoors space.

I rented the entire home (both the 2 BR and the 3BR) for eight days in January 2018. As a somewhat frequent traveler, I can easily say this is the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at. Peter Angelo makes himself available to answer any questions and truly makes it a nice stay. The property is huge. Tons of space for the kids to run, play ball, and find coconuts. Very quiet and private, which is hard to find in southern Florida, but close enough to everything you need. Feels like you’re in the country, but with the amenities of a city (groceries, gas stations, pharmacies, urgent care) all within a mile or two. The heated pool is incredible, warm, and built very intelligently so that kids of all ages (in our case ranging from 18 months to nine years old) can safely enjoy it as well. The house is immaculate. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The TV’s are excellent, though we were too busy enjoying the pool, beach, and the great outdoors to watch very much tv. The bathrooms are clean and in good order. The AC works well. There’s nothing that could be done to make this home any better. If I could give more than five stars I would. I definitely plan on returning.

We had a wonderful time at Swan's Nest! Very cozy, updated, & clean. Peter took good care of us for the few questions we had. The pool was warm, the mattresses were comfortable, the appliances were abundant & the location was perfect. We would definitely come back!
