“We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even...

“Rooms are very modern and well put together, and the location can’t be beat. You’re near the heart of the city and just a few blocks from the water. The staff were amazing with their hospitality, they recommended many great dining and entertainment options to check out during my stay. Our fire alarm had an issue, and the staff fixed the issue and even upgraded our room for us free of charge! Couldn’t have been more pleased, and don’t forget the two restaurants attached - amazing. “Dorothy's place was great for my needs! As a single traveler, I only needed one room for one night. The premises was clean, close to Wrigley Field, and served its purpose. It was also a relatively affordable rate given area hotels. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Albergo carissimo, senza nessun motivo. Stanze grandi ma molto basiche e quasi senza alcun accessorio. Per un 4 stelle a questo prezzo non è accettabile. Personale poco cortese. In più la destination fee, una tassa senza senso, spiegata male,, utile solo per abbassare la tariffa iniziale del 10% per poi riprendersela alla fine. Assolutamente sconsigliato.”
