Lake Front House - Splendida vista !!!

Rendi indimenticabili i ricordi del Lago Shasta soggiornando in un'indimenticabile casa sul lago!
Una delle poche nuove case "Lakefront" sul più grande lago della California, godrete di una vista chiara del Sacramento Arm del lago sia dalla casa che dal ponte. Godetevi il comodo accesso alle 2 rampe per imbarcazioni e al Pan di Zucchero (negozio galleggiante e distributore di benzina).
Questa casa ha un facile accesso e parcheggio per auto, barche e rimorchi. La spaziosa casa a 2 piani ha spazio per tutti ed è attrezzata per le famiglie. Godetevi la cucina gourmet completa di ripiani in granito, stufa vichinga e doppio forno per cucinare per quei grandi gruppi. Ci sono 2 camere da letto al piano di sotto (tra cui il maestro con un bagno en-suite) e 2 camere da letto e soppalco al piano di sopra. Oltre al lussuoso bagno annesso alla master suite, c'è un bagno sia al piano di sotto che al piano superiore con facile accesso per tutti.
Questa non è semplicemente una "casa in affitto" - questa è una casa di famiglia. Lo trattiamo come tale e quando arriverai, vedrai la differenza. Gli armadi sono provvisti di bei piatti (non rimasugli errati). I letti sono confortevoli, letti di alta qualità. Potrai goderti tutte le comodità che vogliamo godere anche quando siamo lì - Accesso Internet Wireless, Controllo della temperatura confortevole, ecc ...

We keep coming back year after year

We’ve stayed at this home multiple times over the years and it continues to be a favorite for our family. The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from the lake, and if you’re keeping a boat at Sugarloaf like we did, it’s an easy walk or a very short drive.The house itself is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. There’s tons of room to spread out and relax, and the air conditioning keeps everything cool even on hot summer days.One of our favorite things is the well-stocked kitchen—it has everything you could need to cook and dine in, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The house also has Starlink internet, which is a nice perk since there’s no cell service in the area (something to keep in mind if you're relying on mobile data).It was pretty clean during our stay—clean enough for us—but it may not meet the expectations of guests who are particularly picky about spotless conditions. Still, it’s been consistent enough over the years that we’re happy to keep returning.We love this home and will absolutely continue to come back year after year. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the lake, spending time with family, and making summer memories.

Great Location

The location of the house was awesome. We could walk to our boat at Sugarloaf. We cook, and the kitchen had every item we needed plus more. We really appreciated the space. Great place to gather family.

Wonderful house, wonderful trip

This house was perfect in every way, the communication with the owner was great. We would love to stay there again! Kitchen and sleeping spaces were excellent. Large family gathering and everyone was as so happy.

Great Stay

Property was very clean and the description was accurate. Great location. We were there in late July and the lake was a little bit of a walk from the house, which is to be expected this time of year. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to others!

Lake House

The location was perfect for boating. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family of eight. It was spacious enough so we didn't feel crowded. We enjoyed spending time together on the large patio in the mornings and evenings. Seeing deer while having coffee in the morning was a bonus. Marc was quick to respond to any questions I had. Amazing family lake vacation

We had our family and extended family with us. With a large range of ages, and there was something for everyone to do. The house is beautiful and clean with all cooking utensils and amenities you could want at the lake. We were able to keep our boats close And the paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition. Great house for families - multiple stays

Great summer get-away

This is a large and beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Shasta. The house is very clean and is described well in VRBO. It's definitely a 5 star accommodation. I knocked the check-in process down one start since the front door lock was stuck and it took a while for us to get into the house the first time. It's been fixed.

Great spot on the lake!

Very clean home with plenty of food storage (3 refrigerators)! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The deck offers more space to enjoy a meal, bbq, and conversation. Top notch amenities with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The lake was about 30 feet down, so we anchored our boats near the marina. However, if the lake was full, we would have immediate access directly from the backyard. We have camped and houseboated on this lake a few times, but are now spoiled by this trip to definitely return in the future. Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc and Tammy's home. The home is fantastic, the view was great and with the lake level up we walked right from the home to the water. The location was walking distance to the Sugarloaf Marina as well. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Marc and Tammy!

Lakefront Perfection

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our large family to be able to enjoy the lake and be close to the Sugarloaf Marina. I love Shasta and this will be the only place we stay when we vacation here!

We loved every moment of everyday of our stay. The home was warm, clean, well stocked and welcoming like a “home away from home”. We drove from the backyard right up to the lake. Which was a minute away. The home had plenty of games, video games, entertainment, and more. But most of all it was full of rest and relaxation! Good option for a lake side vacation

The overall house was good. It had plenty of space and was generally pretty well stocked. After several other stays at other similar rentals I was expecting to have shampoo and this place only provided soap so keep that in mind when packing. The garage is locked so if you happen to have an electric car and were planning on charging on site that is difficult.
