“We have been coming to this location for probably 10 years, because we live in San Diego and my husband‘s children and grandchildren are in Redding and Shasta, California. The staff is always courteous, the rooms are always impeccable, and they’re at breakfast spread is fabulous! Kudos to D, Jason, Joyce )who appears to be an energizer bunny), and I believe the other front desk person was Jennifer? All of them seem to enjoy their jobs, and make the guest feel special.”

I especially appreciated how quiet it was, the excellent water pressure, and (with an early morning) that there was a small coffee amenity in the room. “Our stay was amazing! The lady at the front desk was the best part, we checked in at 5 on Thursday December 11th and I regret I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing! During our stay anytime she was on shift she was so personable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, room was amazing, but that front desk lady is why I will be back everytime we come to Redding and we come a lot! ”
