“The property was filthy, stench of urine outside. My door was broken, the bottom half bent in from outside. The door card maker was broken so I had to ask the front desk to let me back into the room after going to get dinner. There were many sketchy people hanging around outside. The bed was broken, and it felt like sleeping in a bowl of springs. There was no hot water to shower. Terrible experience!”

This location operates as a no-contact location, and the radio on premises had a scratchy connection. I talked to the personnel who answered the phone number listed as opposed to the scratchy radio, They directed me to text messages to which I had not responded. “There were many good things, like ac unit and toilet air exaust were working good, the only 2 things I didn't like, it's light was bright inside like day light lighting, and no floor or table lights just on the ceiling. Another thing, there wаs almost no furniture, which you usually see in Best Western and hotels like this.”
