“I was a bit thrown off when I didn't receive any check in information on day of arrival. Call to Ms. Maria and communication with VRBO, everything was settled. The townhouse is a little out dated but enough space for my family. Good location and easy to get around. If in the area again, I would book.”

“Lovely stay! Conveniently located close to all amenities. Condo was overlooking the pool area- which was very relaxing at night! Rooms and living area were the perfect size. Beautiful master bathroom! Could use a deep clean (behind beds, around corners of baseboards) but overall was great! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. ”

“This is a great place to stay with family or a few friends. It seems newly built and was clean, well appointed, and accurate to the listing. The screened in back porch is a comfortable spot to read. The garage is a nice addition for keeping the car cooler and out of the Florida sun. Fyi, the listing was accurate in that there was no salt, pepper, oil, etc in the kitchen. The soccer, basketball, and play areas are just a couple lots away and are good for keeping the active busy. Bring your own...

“The property itself and the property manager were both very good. I wish I could give a full 5-star review, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working the first night, and it was extremely hot, which made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, it was repaired the next day, but I do feel that when paying full price, guests should receive full service without issues like this.”
