- Fully-equipped kitchen: Cook up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances. If there is anything missing that we can provide, please ask!

- Comfortable bedroom: Relax and unwind in the comfortable bedroom featuring a King-size bed and plenty of closet space.
- Bathroom: Enjoy a refreshing shower in the main Bathroom (The tub has been replaced with a walk in shower to avoid tripping hazard. Pictures coming soon!)

- Outdoor space: Step outside to the outdoor space, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening around the dedicated fire pit with 4 chairs per pit. (This is a shared area. The other side tenants may be using their fire pit. You are allocated 4 chairs per pit. Please do not take more than that as the other side has equal rights to the same amount of chairs)
- The Laundry is in the shed that is located right behind your unit.

- Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

- Nearby attractions: Explore the vibrant city of Lakeland, with easy access to attractions like the Polk Museum of Art, the Florida Southern College campus, and the exciting theme parks of Central Florida. The beautiful Lake Morton is practically right our your door step! Creates an amazing scenery for any morning walks.

- Driveway: Please do not block the driveway! We only have one way in and out. It has to be shared entry by both tenants. (You will be given a dedicated spot for parking in the back, on the concrete pad. Please do not park any where else on the driveway in as it will block other guests from getting in and out. No parking is allowed on the road. We are not responsible for any tickets given for doing so)

Starter pack of amenities you will be provided inside the home:
- Fresh paper towel roll
- New roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the extras will be left under the sink
- Hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen
- 1 new sponge
- Dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (Where applicable)
- 1 set of travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom
- A few trash bags + one in the can upon arrival
- 3 laundry pods for the washer and dryer
