Located in a gated 55+ retirement community, 1-bedroom manufactured home with golf cart. This lovely 750 sq foot home features a large living room with a sectional couch, coffee table, and 55" smart TV. The updated kitchen includes a full-size French door refrigerator, baking/convection oven, microwave, toaster, blender, bread maker, coffee maker, and an attached dining area with table. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, 2 dressers, closet, and 32" smart TV. The bathroom includes a shower with flexible head and great water pressure, large mirrors, and hair dryer. The covered porch includes a patio set with BBQ grill and attaches to a storage area with a washer/dryer combo. Conveniently located at Woodall's Village in Lakeland close to CVS Pharmacy, Save a Lot Grocery store, Subway, Lakeland Regional Hospital and more. The beautiful community of Woodall’s provides numerous amenities including an inviting, sparkling heated pool, and a variety of community activities within a pet-friendly environment. Good location!

Clean mobile home with everything you need! Use of golf cart was an added bonus for our afternoon rides. Great communication with owner. Only a few steps away from the pool.

First timers-we love Florida

Everything about the place was very dated, like back in the 70's. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like the box had no support in the middle. Some of the small kitchen appliances shouldn't have been there as they were old and sticky-dirty. We could have used measuring cups, and an electric kettleThe bathroom had a dank smelly odor.The host was very accommodating and friendly, responding quickly to any issues.The tv, cable and internet were great.The use of the golf cart was a great bonus!All in all it was a little over-priced for what we got.Overall, we were out more than in, enjoying our stay there, and the area sights.

Updates needed.

On the plus...the owner was great to deal/work with. He really wanted to make things right for us. I'm not sure if he ended up removing the carpet in bedroom which was moldy and the bedroom mattress was not good. Updates are needed in bedroom and bathroom. Otherwise it was fine.
