When i got to my room it was really dirty... clothes everywhere... bed messed up... looked like someone was still in there... service was slow and they only had one person on staff.... i left and now they refuse to refund me due to those conditions.... beware... stay away!

The lady working the front desk, Jaqueline, was sweet but told me she’s been working less than two weeks, isn’t entirely sure how to handle some situations, and was calling her manager late at night for other guests with no answer. When it came to checking out, I was told to leave my room key on the front desk with other guests' keys; I called back a little later after my graduation ceremony to confirm she had checked me out. She then checked me out after 2 pm when I left before 10 am! The time to check out by was 11 am. I asked if I would be charged for her mistake, and she told me she’d have to call her manager, who never answers the phone, to help her. I'm not sure why she’s on her own just yet. Management is setting her up for failure with insufficient training.

Upon arriving late the window was shut(rusted rolling shade). The attended talked to me through the shade the entire until it was time to show id and pay a deposit. The halls we filthy and the elevator was creepy. Got to the room and opened the door and it smelled like urine (alley stench). I immediately returned to the window and canceled my stay. I am now fighting for a refund.

I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and they have all been fairly nice. This one was the exception. It definitely needs more maintenance. The entire place felt unclean. There was dirt and trash on the floor by the elevator for the entire three days that I was there. Didn't seem like there was a staff to clean up the place. The floors seemed sticky and disgusting as if there were mopped with dirty water. In the elevator there was an unpleasant odor and the rest of the building just didn't have a clean smell to it. In my room the shower faucet had a significant leak and the pipe to the shower head was duck taped, I suppose to fix another leak. The kitchenet was old and very lacking. No plates, cups glasses, other utensils or cookware. I understand why these items may not want to be left in the rooms but there should be an option to get them from and return them to the front desk if desired.

There is an employee who works at the reception named Larry who is not professional at all, he is racist and treats people very, very badly. I am a young woman who went to spend a stay with my husband and my 2-year-old child, and I left with a bad taste in my mouth since Larry treated us very badly. Know that if you don't leave at 11:00am, Mr. Larry will threaten you and call the police for no other reason. I had no problem with paying late check out since I have a child and it takes time and that can happen to anyone. Well, that character Larry humiliated me, he confronted me in the elevator, there being more people telling me that we would not stay at his hotel again and addressing us in a very strong and racist tone without me even addressing him. I tell him that he is disrespectful and that I am not interested in talking to him and when I am passing through reception Larry shouts at me and asks me to leave the hotel. The hotel is not bad but its staff is horrible. I will not stay at Extended Stay America again until they change staff. Very bad experience!!!👎👎👎👎

Embarrassing…….
Owners of this hotel should be embarrassed of this facility. Roaches, strong smell of marijuana, stale beer and the like. Police made a few stops so I felt very unsafe. Take some pride in your establishment or sell it to others who will. Needs a total overhaul or closure.

The facility is clean, check in was easy, the building is beautiful. But the negatives are I couldn’t check out at the desk, no one would open the widow though I heard people there. But it could be because the police were in the middle of arresting someone. I think prostitution is a problem there. I took everything with me when I was out during the day, wasn’t sure my stuff was safe. I haven’t gotten my deposit back they made me give them though I already paid through Expedia and Expedia wouldn’t help with the problem.
