“Parking was good, and checkin was good and quick. I asked the young man with the white hair at the front desk if there were safes available, and he said they didn't have any at that location. So, I had to take my valuables with me whenever I left. The next morning I saw a sign in the breakfast area indicating there were safes available; just ask. 😡
Also, there was not a closet in our room. These two incidents were VERY disappointing. ”

“The room was large and clean. No pool until June. Staff couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones. Service was just bad overall, no sense of hospitality. Never was able to eat breakfast as it was ravaged by 8:00am and not re-filled. Coffee was always empty by 8:30am. Room alarm set to go off at 5:00am at full blast.”
