“Best stay in a long time, only issue was screaming kids in the pool and hot tub. Wish there were adult hours… it’s the whole reason we booked. Luckily they were not there in the morning.”

We arrived to find food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest and a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The entire hotel also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Getting our room key to work was like playing Russian roulette—it worked sometimes, but most of the time it didn’t, making it frustrating every time we returned to our room. “Worst breakfast ever, frozen mini muffins, cereal, apple, banana, coffee, that’s it. Pool was not open, pump problems. Walls so thin I could hear snoring and conversations. It was very clean though.”
