C'è un bellissimo loft per tutti i bambini, e cugini e amici per trascorrere il tempo su per le scale giocando a giochi da tavolo, a carte e godendo del tempo insieme.

    Accendi il fuoco al pozzo nero, goditi i favori insieme e tutte le risate che vengono con la gioia di radunare intorno al fuoco.

    Molto da fare ANNO INTORNO tra gli alberi di pino e tante cose da fare nel GRANDE OUTDOOR!


    Completamente Ristrutturato - Nuova cabina! Ristrutturato dalla testa ai piedi! Tutto è nuovo! Questa proprietà situata in Lakeside Arizona si trova su un ettaro boschivo ed è accogliente e moderna. Vieni a goderti The Great Outdoors sedendoti sull'altalena del portico o rilassati e leggi un libro dentro accanto al caminetto.

    Lakeside è a soli 35 minuti di auto dalla stazione sciistica del sorgere del sole. Negozi e ristoranti sono a pochi minuti di distanza.

    Vieni a fare ricordi divertenti con i tuoi cari in qualsiasi momento dell'anno! Escursione, pesce, sci - Lakeside ha tutto!

    Vuoi allontanarti dal caldo estivo? Vieni a goderti un po 'di tempo nella splendida Lakeside, AZ. Il tempo è fantastico per tutto l'anno. L'estate, la primavera e l'autunno possono darti una pausa dalla calura della valle, oppure puoi venire a goderti la neve in inverno.

    Lo spazio esterno è alto erba selvatica e foresta aperta. Abbiamo una veranda coperta con un'altalena per due persone. Grande spazio per godersi i grandi spazi aperti.

    La proprietà è vicino a negozi, arte e cultura, parchi, sentieri escursionistici, ristoranti, è nel centro della città vicino a tutto, ma a soli 35 minuti di auto dal Sunrise Ski Resort e molto altro ancora .. Amerai il mio posto a causa dello spazio esterno ... La proprietà ha solo quello che ti serve, ed è facile da raggiungere. Siediti sull'altalena sotto il portico e goditi l'aria aperta! Tranquillo ma molto accessibile per arrivare.

Not as expected

We were a bit disappointed as the photos didn’t look like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was a little rough with cabinets that didn’t close & the dishwasher inoperable. The kitchen sink sprayed water all over the counter even on a trickle. The shower heads in both bathrooms had two modes, no pressure or spraying out in a straight heavy stream. The hot tub outside was drained and filled with leaves but was advertised multiple times in the listing. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extras. You could tell that renovations had been made, just poorly done. A handful of the blinds were missing the stick used to open them, and if you pulled them up by the string, they were impossible to get down again. Overall, could use a fresh coat of paint over the scuffs on the walls and the crack in the kitchen ceiling.

House not properly equipped

The kitchen was not equipped with Silverware we had to buy our own napkins, paper plates even toilet paper. no water or whiskey glasses in the house other than a few plastic cups grill was filthy no extra propane tank. However the owner was nice and responsive.

Great Family stay

Me and the family’s enjoyed our stay here for thanksgiving! The property was clean, owners were easy to communicate with and were very helpful! Would definitely recommend for a family getaway.

Great Stay, Fully Stocked Home!

Thank you for hosting us. the home was fully stocked! Was so helpful to have plastic dishes for kiddos, everything you could need in the kitchen, huge couch with a place for everyone, and comfortable beds. The finishes are very nice, you can tell all is new. The only room for improvement would be in the outdoor space. More trees would give it more of a mountains feel, along with outdoor furniture to enjoy the cooler weather!

Lovely property

Wonderful clean, spacious home. Enjoyed our time in the cool pines. 6 women with plenty of room and hot water. Joe and Laura were a dream to work with. We’ll be back for next years retreat

Beautiful home!

This property was beautifully restored on the inside and my family felt very comfortable there during our stay. Property is close to everything and yet secluded from the main road. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again!

Trendy and clean home. Upon entering front door it smells “new” which was nice.

Area has lots of trees and gives a forest feel. The house is nicely remodeled, trendy and had everything we needed to feel comfy. Owners were always available and quick to respond. We loved this place and will rent again. Very clean and comfortable indeed.

So BEAUTIFUL & great location close to Everything!

Such an adorable brand new property! Our stay was wonderful. The beds are SO comfortable, we slept great! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the breakfast nook just off the kitchen, used it a lot. Lots of really beautiful touches and nicely decorated. Glad we found this location, it's close to everything, and very accessible to get to the lakes nearby, Walmart (for groceries and whatever else) and Darby's (for breakfast) are just a few minutes away. Oh and there's a mini golf/go-carts place super close that we didn't get to go this time, but will try to next time. Also, and I don't know why this isn't on the listing, but the bathrooms have Bluetooth speakers that you can pair with your phone to listen to music while you shower. Heck, how cool is that!!! The communication was great too, they answered super fast. Highly recommend this place. I would give it 10 STARS if I could!

Relaxing Family Getaway

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay in this nice sized home. The kids loved the fun loft area with all the beds. The Toys and games were a nice treat for the kids as well. I loved the stocked kitchen and full washer and dryer. My husband and the boys loved the large back porch. We spent many fun hours out on the porch fixing bikes, fishing rods and swinging telling stories. Our bed was very comfortable and the family loved the large cozy couch. We enjoyed unplugging and enjoying some family time at this property. The location was great as well, close to fishing, hiking and shopping.

The stairs to the loft are unsafe the railing screws were loose I would suggest a attic ladder. We were not told that the drive way is actually an access road for the neighbors so we were parked in the way and the tv's have remotes for dish but none of them worked. The front yard needs maintained.

Quaint cottage in the cool breeze

This place, though it was about to be remodeled was a total pleasure to stay at. It was quiet and tucked away but still close to everything. We loved it. Lots of beds for big groups of people but it was perfect for our family of four. The toys were a welcomed surprise for the little ones!

Great little cabin for families

We stayed at the "Kerby Cabin" (as the little sign on the porch calls it) for 3 nights over 4th of July. It was easy to find and right off the main blvd. Joe and Laura were easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Best parts: Great value!! TONS of sleeping. Our kids loved the loft and having their own area. Their were plenty of games for the kids to play. Everything we needed was stocked in the cabin. Master bed was very comfortable. Not so great parts: We couldn't get the microwave to work but that didn't cause any problems for us. No DVD's (thanks goodness for redbox) Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for someone with a large family, looking to "unplug" and escape to mountains.

Lots of Room!!!

This place was just perfect for family! The loft had 7 twin beds and two couches! The king size bed downstairs was super comfy. We used all three downstairs bedrooms and they were all nice.The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed! My youngest son was quite happy with all the toys they provide! This place is close to quite a few fishing spots! We enjoyed our time there! The owners were quite helpful and quick to respond. All in all, a great experience !!!
