Take advantage of the boat ramp for easy access to boating, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun on your own patch of sandy paradise. Explore the vibrant Garden City, only minutes away with lots of shopping & dining options!

Important Note: Enjoy a spacious living space on the upper floor! Please note the unit is located upstairs and there are stairs leading to the entrance. The garage on the lower level is not accessible to guests.
