Goditi le vacanze nel nostro cottage sul lago a Sunny Point con darsena privata e viste meravigliose sul Lago Wallenpaupack. La nostra casa dispone di 4 camere da letto private (2 su ogni livello). 1 matrimoniale, 1 completo e 4 doppie con due bagni. Grande cucina si apre alla sala da pranzo con piena vista sul lago e sul lato camera si può usare come sala xtra o salotto per gustare un caffè o cocktail pomeridiano. Abbiamo anche grande spazio all'aperto. Lieve pendenza verso il lago rende arrivarci e tornare un piacere. Al largo della sala da pranzo è un ponte molto grande con molti posti a sedere, barbecue grill e tavolo abbastanza grande per tutta la famiglia. Giù al lago è una bella zona salotto per sedersi e godersi l'alba o rilassarsi guardando i bambini godono il lago. Comunque la si guardi ..... vita del lago è rilassante !!

Friends and family

We lioved sunny point. The house was even better than the pictures. Especially loved the sunroom for games puzzles and meals. The kitchen was well stocked. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly. Was disappointed that the bank was too rocky and steep to get our kayaks in but at the end of the week realized there was a community boat ramp we could have used. The dock worked well for our fishing boat. Hoping to come back next year.

Sunny Days @ Sunny Point

When the Sun is shining on Sunny Point there are few places that can match its charming relaxation. Watching the sun set cast rays on the hills across the water or waking up to the sun coming in through the sunroom windows it makes for a quaint cottage getaway. Will be back again!! Enjoyed our second trip to the GrandJeans Home.

Roommate weekend

Great location and very clean. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing we felt could be approved upon was the mattresses and pillows. Some were not terribly comfortable. And, while I understand the need to encase the mattresses in plastic, it didn't helped the comfort level. Overall though, we would definitely go back!

Nice lakefront cabin

Stayed at this property several times due to its location and being on the lakefront. Traditional cottage with knotty pine interior walls and cedar railings. Not fancy or luxurious just a nice cabin feeling. Nice outside deck that faces the water provides for relaxation evening conversations. The boat dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, or tying up a boat. Its not a bad walk down to the dock but could be a challenge for anyone with walking issues. My only complaint is the lack of quality pillows for the bedrooms. It was basically a collection of mismatched pillows of varying firmness. Its not an issue if you bring your own but we flew so it restricted what we could pack. Overall it way a great time there.

Lovely vacation

We’ve been coming to the lake our entire lives, and this was one of the best properties we’ve stayed at! The house was spacious, the deck was amazing and the walk to the dock was easy. The kids had a great time playing by the lake. The few stairs to get to the water were super sturdy. I’d give this place an 11/10!

Weeekend Getaway at Sunny Point

The home is a quaint and clean older home with beautiful views of the lake from the family room bay window as well as the enclosed wrap around porch. Easy walk down flagstone pathway to the lake.

Amazing

This was our 2nd year renting this property. Everything from booking, to arriving, to check out was perfect. The place is extremely clean, great location, beautiful home and scenery. Thank you for having us- we surely made memories that are going to last a lift. Will definitely be back next year !!

Amazing location

The house is fantastic, very clean!!!! The slope to the lane is level and easy. Great location, close to town and great neighborhood!!! Would definitely go back, this is my favorite house to stay at.

Relaxing lake house vacation

This is our second stay in this house. The location is perfect and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We spent most of the time on the lake and the dock was very helpful and large enough. In the evening we enjoyed barbeque and outside firepit. Thank you very much for excellent vacation!

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful week, the best part of this property was how flat the walk was to the water. We have stayed at places with up to 84 steps, this was sooo easy. It was also nice having the dock empty to fit our boats and jet skiis! The location was also great, only 7 mins to the grocery store and liquor store. 10 mins to dunkin and ice cream!! Great pizza place down the street and dollar general was only 5 mins for items we forgot! Plenty of parking! The house had a lake feel to it. Highly recommend this place, we would definitely stay again:)

Amazing

Everything about this trip was awesome. The lakehouse is well equipped. The location is so close to so many attractions and the lake is huge and beautiful. There was plenty of room so even on rainy days the kids had plenty to do with games and Disney channel was a great addition. We didn't use the canoe because we brought our own kayaks but that also would have been so much fun to take out. Mabey next time.

Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this lakefront cabin. Enjoyed lots of water activities, s’more’s by the camp fire and fun family time was spent playing games and making meals together. Thank you for the memories.

Great Friends Weekend

We really enjoyed the sleeping capacity of this property and the property has has a nice slope to the lake (compared to other lake properties with large slopes and many steps). The home is a bit retro but it met all our needs. The kitchen table comfortably fit 8 adults and there is plenty of room in the family room to sit 8 adults. We enjoyed our stay and the service provided to us through the experience.

Relaxation at the Lake House!

This was perfect! We enjoyed the lake with our pontoon and the view from the home was incredible! All at our fingertips! Campfire at night by the lake couldn’t get any better! Cabin was clean with all the amenities and very comfortable! We will stay here again!

4th Annual Girls Trip

This cozy cabin was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Beautifully decorated and spacious. A large deck overlooking the lake and a fire pit down by the water. Would definitely recommend. We will be back!

Birthday Celebration

The house was clean with beautiful wood throughout. We were able to launch our boat and keep it on the shore for the entire stay which was great. We had a wonderful time and it was a great choice to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday!
