“Sheets had somebody else's blood on them. Breakfast had machines broken, food was sub-par, and any request of replenishment of food items was met with pointing at what they had then going to hide in the back - which said to me, you get what you see, no more.”

“Overall the stay was okay. The room temp was great and the beds were comfy. Staff was nice upon arrival. There was a bug in one of our beds. We brought it up to the front desk and we were offered an ice cream as a compromise. We asked for management to reach out to us and never heard from them. We brought it up again at checkout and they said “that would never happen here.” Asked again for a manager to reach out and still nothing. We had 7 guests in our room and had 1 towel in the bathroom....

“I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Great location with a lot to do within walking distance or a short drive/uber ride. The bathroom situation was something new for me but a better experience than I expected. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but overall not bad. I enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided floats. I would definitely stay here again.”
