2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans.”

“Pay for parking, pay for internet, pay for breakfast. Room was dirty, no one made the beds the entire stay or changed out the towels, pool was nasty, covered area was falling apart, almost face planted on the steps because they were broken. No towels for pool, no water in lobby, always empty. The lobby was the only thing that was nice (minus the water) as an honors member and former employee, I am shocked at the last couple of days I’ve had at Hilton’s at how bad they have been.
