“The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. “Clean and well maintained property. Staff's were helpful and nice.
Breakfast was very good.
Property is next to train track, doesnt seem like a track that has super heavy train traffic. But still will have a train pass here and there at night.
If the hotel is hosting a party on weekends it does get very loud until 10:30pm.”

“We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. ”
