“We booked specific rooms and upon arrival did not receive the rooms that we chose. This was also after confirming the rooms via email directly with the resort. We finally ended up with the rooms we chose after talking on the telephone with the owner who wanted to charge us 50% extra for the rooms that we booked. Through the duration of our stay teabags were never replenished. There was no mini bar. The glasses in the room had mould in them. At one stage they had allegedly run out of spirits to...

“This was our second visit to this wonderful resort hotel and we were treated as family returning home, on our arrival. The manager Sali was so genuinely happy to see us back, as were all the staff from reception to room cleaners and gardeners. The peace and quiet and tranquility of this place is amazing, even when there are a lot of guests, you feel you are on your own with nature. A truly wonderful and beautiful place. “In posizione tranquilla e vicina a Khao Lak. Nuova struttura adatta anche a famiglie. Confortevole ed all'altezza dei servizi proposti. Personale cortese ed accogliente.
