“The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa”

“Plenty of room for everyone and stunning views of Lake Como! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring Varenna and Menaggio. “Nice villa as advertised. A little difficult to find as we arrived at night. Parking is not at the property, but available down the street. Be prepared to carry items a short distance. Air conditioners worked well. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Nice gazebo outside on property.”

“Loved our visit to Villa Silvana. Luigi was very helpful and quickly available when needed. The view exceeded expectations! Amenities were ample even with the villa fully booked. One thing to note, the walk to the castle and to Varenna is very steep , limited taxi service and bus service. Also the train from Milan only takes you to Lierna but we took the ferry to Veranna with no problems. So plan ahead if you have a tight schedule. Once there, it’s paradise and well worth the visit. “L'appartamento mansardato al secondo piano della bella villa da noi affittato è comodo e carino. L'unico neo del posto, che ovviamente non toglie fascino all'appartamento, sono tutti gli scalini che vanno dalla strada al secondo piano della villa. Comunque esperienza positiva.”

“Charming house with lovely view. Positives were the open plan central floor where we could all meet, and the view from the top floor bedroom. Negatives were the regular power cuts, the smaller bedrooms are hot without AC, and the walk to Menaggio is 30 minutes and of questionable safety in sections. Il secondo punto negativo sta nelle pulizie nelle stanze. Visto lo standard dell’edificio e i costi, le pulizie dovrebbero essere incluse. ”

La pulizia della camera nella media, purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati delle ragnatele sopra il letto. In tarda serata è mancata l'acqua calda, purtroppo.
