“Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Bare bones sleeping pad. No shampoo, hair dryer, coffee maker. bring your own pillows.”

Also, the hotel was overbooked - we paid for a king plus sofa bed and they put us in a hearing impaired room that was incredibly dirty - there was sticky residue on the nightstand, it looked as though the room was thrown together last minute with the oldest furniture in...

“The hotel is amazing! The views of the lake are beautiful. It’s a classy hotel with a professional staff. The only complaint that I have is the constant 80’s music being played throughout the hotel. The music doesn’t match the class or vibe of this hotel. 80’s rock, pop culture music made the place feel like a cheaper brand and was out of place for this property.”
