Get away and relax in our charming Gypsy Wagon de Kat in the woods of Belgian Limburg. Centrally located between Maastricht, Hasselt, and Maasmechelen.
The Location
We rent out four different Gypsy Wagons at the Krieckaert nature park in Gellik-Lanaken.

Gypsy Wagon de Kat, a charming and romantic Gypsy Wagon with a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. This Gypsy Wagon is furnished for two people. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and heated towel rail.

There is a living area with two comfortable armchairs, a folding dining table, and two chairs. An internet TV completes the experience. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and full kitchenware.

Outside, there is a garden with a terrace (four chairs and a dining table) and two deck chairs. The wagon is situated on a spacious plot of approximately 250 m².

All gypsy wagons have three fixed radiators (2 in the living room and 1 in the bathroom) that heat the entire gypsy wagon (the gypsy wagons are well insulated).

The gypsy wagons are located in De Krieckaert nature park, an authentic chalet park in the heart of the forest. This holiday park is an oasis of tranquility and has a cozy tavern with a playground. The park is situated at the entrance to the Hoge Kempen National Park and close to the cities of Maastricht, Hasselt, and Genk.

Long walks or mountain bike and cycling tours start directly from the gypsy wagon. The surrounding forests and nature reserves offer many marked hiking and cycling trails.

Unwind in Limburg, sleep among the trees.

Guest Access
You have the entire gypsy wagon at your disposal. The gypsy wagon is also situated on a plot of approximately 250 m², so you have plenty of outdoor space to relax and unwind. The wagon is completely free-standing.

Blankets and pillows for the double bed are provided. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

The gypsy wagon comes with a double duvet measuring 200 x 240 cm and two single duvets measuring 140 x 200 cm.

The mattress for the double bed is already made up for you.

Barbecuing and open fires are not permitted in this nature park or at the gypsy wagon.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
