“The Grounds are beautiful and we had a wonderful breakfast and dinner at Trustees. However, our room in the West House was musty and damp. The staff tried to rectify the problem with new linens and fans to dry out the room. I would research the building you plan to stay in before you go.”

“This place is kind of a dump. It was reasonably clean but look ed very very dilapidated. The staff, if you want to call it that, was not helpful at all. There are no amenities not even coffee except for a few hours and no breakfast. If you have a choice, I wouldn't stay here.”

“The room was noisy. Think it was the air conditioning unit by the window. Also didn’t like that the shower stall had a clear glass window rather than a shower curtain or frosted glass for privacy. Then two can use the bathroom at the same time. Could have had a microwave oven to warm up breakfast sandwiches. All else was great!”

“This is the review I offered in April when we stayed at this property & requested same room... NOTHING CHANGED...!!!! ======== We stay at this property couple times every 9 months or so... Sadly this trip was somewhat of a let-down (again) for us even after property upgrades of resent times... Simple repairable-fixable things were not maintained since last stay, same room.. Alarm clock didn't work (SAME),the standing room lamp didn't work, bathroom electrical outlet 1/2 plug didn't work(SAME),...
