This exceptionally clean and pet friendly 2300 sq ft property sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large Master suite and a 460 sq ft Game room including pool table, table tennis and foosball!
The large kitchen and eating area open up to the large gathering room with corner stone gas fireplace, making it perfect for family or groups of friends. Guests can unwind and relax in the hot tub or enjoy a meal on the wraparound partially covered deck while taking in the natural wooded splendor. The gas grill and firepit add to the outdoor experience and provide a great place to gather and make memories. This home has been completely renovated inside and out in 2023! All beds and furniture as well. Our property is ideally located within 20 miles of beautiful Hocking Hills! So bring your hiking boots and fur buddy. You won't be disappointed!

It was a very nice, cozy space! Very clean and homey, we felt so relaxed and comfortable over the weekend! Our only concern was the lack of curtains or shades downstairs - it was very open with nothing to cover the kitchen and back of house windows. Other than that we were so impressed and so enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, big bedrooms with good mattresses. The great room and kitchen is very big with large dining table for families. Upstairs bedroom loft has 4 twin beds. Great for kids. Only thing is there is no door at top of steps if you have little ones. Dog friendly and I highly recommend.

This was a great weekend away with our adult kids. The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We spent most of our day time at Hocking Hills hiking. It's a bit too far to go back and forth to the park but a good distance if you want to stay at park for several hours and then be away from other people and have quiet and privacy. We spent time around fire making pizza pies, hot dogs and S'mores enjoyed the hot tub and the guys were able to check the college football scores periodically also. Quality family time.

We had seven people in our group so we could’ve used more paper towels and more dish towels in the kitchen. It would’ve been nice to have small bedside lamps in the bedroom upstairs. Other than those small items, everything was excellent! I would definitely highly recommend your home!

Beautiful property house felt like home. Very nicely decorated and clean. They have thought of everything from towels for showers and separate towels for the hot tub, to cookware dishes and spices. The hot tub was clean and very enjoyable. I very highly recommend this rental property and plan to book again next year.

Super clean, plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space for all, the kids loved having the loft to themselves. Appreciated the dog treats and bowls. Beds weren’t super comfy but we were so tired from hiking and exploring it was ok. We would definitely book again!

Made our weekend

My husband buried his mom Friday. So I talked him into going. The funeral was in Ashland Ohio. So we did a lot of driving ( to and back from Lima ). As soon as we got there, we sat out on the patio and he started talking about the day. He was relaxing and thanked me over and over. It was originally supposed to be a girls weekend away. Things happen for reasons. God Bless!

They thought of everything!

My family stayed at this exceptionally clean house in the woods and enjoyed the accommodations thoroughly. Everything was clean and uncluttered, the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well stocked and easy to figure out. And the hot tub was great. They even had all sorts of wonderful things to accommodate our dog! The owners are very thoughtful, and their thorough attention to detail make this a stress-free vacation rental to enjoy the beautiful offerings of the Hocking Hills area.

The property was clean and well equipped with everything we could need on our stay. It even had dog bowls and baggies for walking your dog. It is a very lovely home. We enjoyed the hot tub, it had a curtain on the side of the deck for privacy.The loft can get a bit hot, however they provided plenty of fans and our kids didn't seem to mind. It was exceptionally hot outside as we stayed in July so I wasn't surprised that it was warm up there.The host was amazing, when we got there it had been raining very heavily and our truck got stuck in the mud on the side of the driveway. John showed up the next morning and helped pull us out. He went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful!

Its the little things

House was wonderful. Neighborhood quiet. Easily accomodates 5 adults. Washer and dryer great option to have. Enjoyed hot tub even in 90 degree temps.Soaps, garbage bags, paper towels, variety of pans, dishware all truly mattered. Thank you for providing for our furry friend also.

This home is beautiful inside and out! The setting is perfect. Just far enough from town to be peaceful snd relaxing. The hot tub felt wonderful after a long dat of hiking. The only drawback was that the water pressure in kitchen sink, master bath sink an toilet are extremely low. It will take the toilet 30 to 40 minutes to refil after flushing. We carried hot water from the guest bathroom sink to the kitchen to wash dishes. Other than these things, the stay was perfect.

Comfortable getaway

The house and outdoor deck and hot tub were very comfortable, quiet, and perfect for a restful getaway. There’s a beautiful winery, not far away and we enjoyed that in the afternoon. The owners are very responsive, but not intrusive whatsoever.
