"NEW LISTING" The Sycamore Downtown Modern Home

Casa 3 camere da letto unica e affascinante completamente rinnovata, situata nel centro di Lancaster. Con elementi puliti e moderni che ti faranno sentire a casa non appena entrerai in casa. Situato in una zona desiderabile. A pochi passi dalle attrazioni del centro, dal centro congressi della contea di Lancaster, dalle gallerie d'arte, dai negozi, dal mercato centrale e da alcuni ristoranti fantastici.

Gli ospiti avranno accesso a tutti gli spazi abitativi della casa. Una cucina pulita e bella fornita per cucinare a casa.
Una camera familiare confortevole e accogliente con un 65 in alta definizione TV. Internetia ad alta velocità disponibile.
Il primo piano ospita un washe / asciugatrice e un ampio bagno di servizio.

Il secondo piano ospita due camere da letto separate dotate di letti king size realizzati con lenzuola di lusso. Una delle camere ha accesso al ponte del secondo piano, adatto per un tavolo e sedie con 6 posti a sedere.
Un bagno per gli ospiti in comune si trova al secondo piano.

Il terzo piano dispone di un letto king size, un bel mattone a vista e una comoda poltrona. La stanza perfetta per scappare e godersi un po 'di pace e tranquillità.

Avrai accesso a un posto auto riservato per una macchina, situata direttamente dietro la casa.
Parcheggio in strada supplementare potrebbe essere disponibile con un 2 ore. parcheggio massimo tra le 7:00 e le 17:00. (ad eccezione dei fine settimana di parcheggio illimitati).

Very easy to work with.

A nice property with owners who are communicative. Stairs are a little steep and narrow if anyone in your group has mobility issues. All in all, a definite location to consider for a visit to Lancaster.

Review of Accommodations

1. Interior was nice. Accommodations are nice. Stairs are very steep hard to climb.2. Rear concrete stairs need repair the concrete is settling and cracking. Cause tripping hazard.3. Need to install a hand rail on the exterior steps at the rear entrance. People with mobility issues find it hard to use the stairs. 4. The lock box used for the key storage can be cumbersome for someone with hand dexterity issues.5. Should make it aware that rear parking has limited access for larger vehicles. Almost impossible to turn from street into alleyway for anything but a small to midsized vehicle.

Historic downtown gem

Great location, steps from Gallery Row and Center of town with lots of eateries. Nicely renovated row home with essential off street parking. 3 comfy king size beds. Suggest more rugs for comfort and utensils/cookware for kitchen, but overall a great find and we’ll stay again in future

A Bit of Urban Living

We were on our way to Maine from Kansas and Lancaster was a great place to stop. This little oasis was right next to some awesome shopping and restaurants! And some off-street parking, too!

Teacher Friends Girl’s Trip

Beautiful home in-fact I can’t say enough of how much we loved the home. The character and charm is just perfect. We loved everything except we did not feel safe walking anywhere. Lots of homeless and people begging for money. Even with that said, we would stay here again but we would drive everywhere.

Girlfriends Getaway

Great Area. A lot to see and do. Would have liked current brochures and area map in the home because visitors center was not open the first few days we were there. Very comfortable home. We will be back!

Excellent Performance

We were in town to enjoy the Fulton Theater and couldn’t have picked a better place. It was convenient to walk everyplace and had a parking spot in the back so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. The place was cute and clean… we Loved it..!

Great House, Great Location

Becky and Nathan's house was perfect for our wedding weekend. The location was great, easy walking distance to everything we needed. The house was clean with all the amenities listed. We would definitely stay again.

Two nights for wedding

Very nice location to walk to shops, central market, restaraunts. Owner was very responsive! Very easy to street park if more than one car. There is one full bath second floor. First floor is a powder room. Listing says 2 baths…. But it’s a bath and a half. One other item: television: no local tv. No antennae and no cable. If there was a way to watch local /free tv we never figured it out. You can stream if you subscribe to Netflix etc.

Th property was very clean and a quaint older home with lots of the original features. It also had a designated parking spot. The only recommendations or additions that would make it a perfect spot - tissues in the bathroom and maybe a Keurig or way to make some coffee- there was a coffee pot but we didn’t know to we needed to bring coffee/tea but there was a place to walk and get coffee.

The perfect place for our family

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights and it was just perfect! It was cozy yet big enough for everyone to feel like they had their own space. And you can't beat the location - it was easy to walk to everything downtown Lancaster has to offer.

Absolutely Lovely!

Nathan and Becky's property provided the perfect spot for my stepdaughters on their recent visit. The home is spacious and the deck off the one bedroom was a great place for them to have morning coffee. It was incredibly hot (90+ degrees) when they were visiting and the air conditioner kept things very cool and comfortable. Everything in downtown Lancaster is within walking distance and the off-street parking space is a nice perk. We will not hesitate to book this property for friends and family who visit. Thank you Nathan and Becky for sharing this property!

Super location and parking included!

So appreciated the easy parking behind the property, the King size beds and the location made for easy walking to Central Market and local coffee shops and lots of places to eat. Very clean and quiet.

Nice property in great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was spacious and located in walking distance from many eateries! Having the deck was amazing as well and we were fortunate to have good weather while we stayed there so we could use it! Some amenities had a little wear and tear but overall we had a great time and would book again!

Gorgeous and Quaint!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, charming, clean and quaint. It was a perfect location to restaurants downtown. We were here for a wedding and walked almost everywhere we went. We loved to sit out on the upper deck at night, and the bottom porch in the morning. Everything was top notch at this home, and the pictures are very accurate. My only issue is how loud everything was (city noises). I'm used to the quiet of the country, so maybe its just me. But I wish I had brought some ear plugs. DO NOT let this deter you from staying at this location. Just a suggestion if you struggle with noise while sleeping. Otherwise, it is an AMAZING property!
