Questo è uno studio privato recentemente rinnovato sopra il nostro garage. Ha una chiave meno privata. Un sacco di parcheggio. C'è anche un balcone che si affaccia sul nostro cortile che ha uno stagno! Viviamo nella casa accanto e c'è bisogno di NULLA o di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere! Viviamo a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti! C'è anche un bel parco a 5 minuti di macchina! Questo studio si trova a 20 minuti da New Era Field e 20 minuti in auto dalla città di Buffalo! Le cascate del Niagara (assolutamente da vedere) sono a circa 40 minuti di macchina! Il villaggio di East Aurora che è molto caratteristico e ha un sacco di bei negozi e una varietà di posti per mangiare si trova a 18 minuti! Non vediamo l'ora che tu resti con noi !!

Aurora Street Lancaster New York

This studio apartment was just like the picture, what was advertised is what it looked like. Hosts had a book they made up of information, restaurants, things to do, stores and more. The host assisted us with our bags and welcomed us. If we needed anything they were available 24/7. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay with them again. If you are coming to the Buffalo area, I recommend staying with them.

Very clean home away from home with all the comforts you would more than receive at a motel. Location was perfect and the host even had many suggestions for restaurants and shopping near by. Beautiful back yard view and balcony to enjoy the scenery and weather. We had our privacy and wouldn’t have known that this is an extension of the hosts home. We would stay there again.

Fabulous in every way!

This is our second stay and it couldn’t have gone smoother! We come to Lancaster to visit family and it gets VERY crowded at their house so it is Heaven to have our own space that is clean and spacious. The owners are extremely respectful of our privacy and we didn’t even notice the space was attached to theirs. Using the keypad to come and go and having clear instructions on where to park ahead of time made it possible to freely use the space on our schedule. The temperature was perfect and bedding just right and comfy mattress! Even though there is no stove the kitchen was well equipped and having a few bottled waters for us was super handy. Having a washer and dryer in the BEAUTIFUL bathroom is convenient and having some pods available and extra tissue meant no extra trips to the store which happens to be right across the street and even a Tim Hortons steps away! Thank you for another perfect stay!

Great home away from home!

This is such a wonderful VRBO! The bed was comfy as was the whole place. Clean, Spacious and cozy! Very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back when visiting Lancaster. Katie is such a great host!! Thank you!!

The room was very large, super clean, comfortable bed (standard size), in a lovely neighborhood with stores, restaurants near by. Parking was easy and close to door. A problem coming in was a very steep staircase,to the second floor with narrow risers and cleaning supplies outside the door on a narrow landing. Room was furnished nicely and only problem was one very small closet filled with superfluous clutter that had to be removed before it was usable. Odd heating/cooling system, TV operation, coffee maker and no instructions on how to use them. Kitchenette well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment and some basic food supplies. Lovely view of the backyard with pond and grassy lawn from a deck.

Totality Solar

We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area.

Just what we needed

Clean, well maintained and decorated really nice. The outdoor balcony was a wonderful surprise. Some extras one might want to be comfortable like fans, blankets, iron, workout equipment and a comfy bed!

Good location to our family reunion

Unit nice overall & large. Couple who own property were very pleasant to interact w. One suggestion we have is to remove the outlet room freshener items. Scent very strong for our liking - we removed during our stay to help minimize the smell. Also, bec of unit location near rather busy road, we recommend that travelers bring some type of noise cancellation device. Our portable fan seemed to do the trick in conjunction w something they provided in the room. Otherwise, the space felt comfortable & well equipped w items. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect place for our trip

We found the property to be exactly as stated and it was perfect for our needs. The location is close to grocery, gas and restaurants and part of a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of windows made it bright and cheerful.

Perfect Location

This property was perfectly located and met all our travel needs. The hosts were friendly, the rooms were clean and included everything we could possibly need. We loved the separate entrance and the patio was a nice place to sit at the end of a busy day. We look forward to booking in the future.
