Charming 4-bedroom house in Landis within 34 miles outside of Charlotte NC

Nestled in Landis NC, this delightful house boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing getaway. With heating, WiFi, and AC/Heating guests can stay comfortable year-round. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths ensure everyone has their own space to freshen up. Step outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this quaint property. Each room is decorated with a theme that will transcend you into our own favorite places to visit.

We look forward to hosting you at our place while you visit family, friends or in town for baseball game at downtown Kannapolis or race weekend in Concord NC.

Welcome to the Town of Landis, NC and its surrounding towns. There is plenty to do and new people to meet while you stay.

Start your day in Landis, NC, with breakfast at a local café like the Landis Cafe, where you can enjoy a hearty Southern meal. Afterward, visit Landis Historical Society to learn about the town's history. For some outdoor time, head to the nearby Millbridge Park for a leisurely stroll or picnic. In the afternoon, explore local shops and boutiques downtown or take a short drive to Kannapolis to check out the trains at the NC Transportation Museum. Finish your day with dinner at a local restaurant, such as El Paso Mexican Grill, followed by a visit to Landis Creamery for some savory ice cream and dessert and an evening walk through the charming neighborhoods to experience the small-town vibe and the town gazebo.

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi,Smart Tv, charging ports (end tables in Master-room and The Dream ,Room) touch to turn bedroom lamps, newly installed AC/Heating Unit ( Split system) Ceiling Fans, Washer &Dryer, Laundry Detergent, Linens, Towels, Keyless Entry (Garage & Front Doors),Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Toilet Tissues, Cleaning Supplies, Vacuums, Throw Blankets and Pillows with cozy reading corner for children.

ENTERTAINMENT: Samsung Smart TV, Board Games, Fenced Backyard, Bluetooth speaker, Firepit, Community Pool

COMMUNITY POOL: Guests have access to the local community pool offered to the Town of Landis residences. Pool hours are Tuesday - Sunday 11am - 7pm. Lifeguards on Duty. Guest Fee $12 per adult , Children under 17 Yrs Old $7 per child. During Summer months ONLY.

PARKING: Large Driveway, 2 Car Garage indoor access to the house.

HOUSE RULES: Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Late check out fee will be applied.
No smoking inside the property; designated outdoor smoking area only.
No pets allowed.
Respect noise levels; quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

We had an amazing time.Everything was just how it was described to be.It was my wedding weekend and the host was so generous to have a bottle of champagne for us. And she didn't even know it but she had my favorite snack as well!! The house was big and beautiful and clean and comfortable.And I can't wait to see how the pictures turned out.But we definitely would stay there again. We\nLive 20 minutes down the road, so there's not really a need.But we definitely would rent this just for a week away
